I spent a few more hours today working on the square animation, which was really fast, then going back over pretty much the entire project to make it 'better'. That's a personality flaw - making things 'better' rather than settling for 'good enough'. By the time I was done, though, they looked reasonably good and fit into tboth the pixel dimensions and the byte-size deminsions proscribed by Row2K, our selected venue for web advertising.

Once they were done and approved by the club president, I shipped them off to the website and got confirmation that they were acceptable. They are dow displayed in rotation along with all the other ads they've sold. Home page banned plus a square ad in the left column - great positioning for the money it cost, but there are lots of ads sharing the space. I hit the refreash button until our ad appeared - it took a while and some of the other ads had been shown repeatedly before ours was shown once. I understand that they are probably shown at random, but I think some are more random that others (apologies to George Orwell.)
